You can cancel your KUWAL TV subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
• Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
• Service Unavailability: If KUWAL TV discontinues a service you have pre-paid for, before the service period has been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds for the following situations:

• You changed your mind after purchasing a subscription.
• You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• Dissatisfaction with a specific show, movie, or content piece available on our platform.
• Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.
